day 1 and 2 of the tour is the the previous post. okay i'm finally back in singapore:D:D rooming with kristina was great(: sock ching finally got a new name: PEE PEE GIRL:D and we formed a pee pee gang with a few other people, natalie, me, kristina, joycelyn, ilina, charlotte, sock ching and vanessa:D:D let me continue about the tour from where i stopped:D pictures will be uploaded another day as there are quite alot to be uploaded. DAY 3 morning call at 6.30pm. breakfast at 7 i think, can't remember. afterthat went to some pearl shop where they show us how they take out the pearl from the oyster, and also how to differentiate real and fake pearl:D afterthat went to see the summer palace i think. there was this man-made lake there which was really nice. it didn't look like it was man-made. i think lunch was after the summer palace.cant't remember lah. afterthat went to some tea house. they gave us different kinds of teas to try. the teas tasted quite good but i didnt buy cos i didn't have alot of money left after buying the damn silk thing.then me and joycelyn were like so sad lah cos we regreted buying the silk and didn't have enough to buy the tea. afterthat went for some tour on a rickshaw. afterthat went to some food street. it was really damn horrible. they sell really disgusting food like cacoons, scorpions, lamb BALLS,snakes and alot more of really disgusting stuff. and just nice it was dinner afterthat and we all lost our appetite but we still had to eat. afterthat i forgot where we went then we went back to the hotel for night discussion then bedtime:D DAY 4 morning call was at 7am i think. had breakfast then went to some jade place to learn more about jades and differentiate real and fake jades.afterthat went to visit some palacewhich had 13 tombs there.the emperors and emperesses tombs. afterthat was lunch then went to the fruit farm. plucked cherries and peaches:D then set off for the great wall of china. a few of us kris, joycelyn, charlotte, me, vanessa and a few other sec 2s, mr poh and the basketball coach climbed till the top, a total of 1558 steps:D:D yes we have accomplished our goal(: afterthat when we went down the great wall, our legs were seriously shaking. HAHAHAHA. after the greatwall was a visit at some gem shop. the boss was DAMNNNNN NICE!he gave us a super super big discount although there was a sign saying that allthe stuff are sold at fixed price. and the way he talked was really cute.haha. afterthat was dinner at his restaurant then went to see the outer view of the olympic stadium and the place next to it which water sports will be played in. the stadium is shaped like a bird nest and they call the other water sports place next to it is called the water cube. it was really nice(: afterthat was night discussion then bedtime. DAY 5 this day was more of shopping. first was breakfast then off to shopping. bargaining was damn fun. and the prices after bargaining were super super super super reasonable. HAHAHAHHA. after shopping was lunch then went to a school to visit. the school was nice and really big:D:D afterthat went shopping again at some other place. and thats where charlotte got harassed by the shopkeeper. it was damn scary lah seriously. i almost got harassed too but it wasn't as bad as charlotte's case. afterthat was dinner then back to the hotel for night discussion then bedtime(: DAY 6 last day of the tour): had breakfast then a short discussion before checking out of the hotel. went to shop for awhile again after checking out then luch at some restaurant where we ate the nice nice roasted chicken for the last time before flying back to singapore. after lunch, went to the airport then 1 something later was our flight back to singapore. didnt really eat on the plane. headache again so i ended up sleeping three quarter of the time throughtout the flight. reached singapore at 10.15pm then joycelyn's dad sent me and kristina home. overall the trip was an enjoyable one. i would miss alot of things and also the nice vegetables, roasted chicken and the BEIJING DUCK:D:D the pee pee gang bonded really well(: Will be facilitating the 4th batch ytsa camp tmr till sunday so won't be blogging till then. hopefully the camp would be fun cos it's at jalan bahtera where we had sec 2 camp corri last year:D:D okay that's all for the day(: I LOVE THE PEE PEE GANG:D
